The AI Storm

I'm a member of a secret Internet mastermind group. Many of my peers are brilliant, and have their thumbs on the pulse of the latest digital developments.

We've done a deep dive discussing artificial intelligence (AI) the past few weeks. I've mentioned AI in past issues of this newsletter.

If you've not yet used AI, it's power and speed is almost beyond comprehension.

As Beth Dutton might say, "You (and many businesses) are the trailer park. AI is the tornado."

Just as a tornado tumbles giant trucks over and over as if they're tumbleweeds, AI is about to disrupt businesses and lives faster than a Formula One racecar.

Do you need an example or two?

The days of using a traditional search engine are over. Think how this will impact Ask the Builder.

How about this example?

Did you know that major food brands pay your grocery store lots of money to ensure their product is chest high or eye level on the shelves?

Brands, like Skippy peanut butter, King Arthur's Flour, Wonder Bread, Duncan Hines, etc. pay lots of money to the grocery store owner for that coveted shelf space. They do it to get your attention and make it easy to put their product in your trolley.

The manufacturer raises the price of the item to cover this toll.

HOW MANY HOURS would it take you to do the research to discover all this information?

The bottom line is the ad revenue from my Ask the Builder website, and that of MILLIONS OF OTHERS, is about to vaporize. Each day more and more folks like you are being drawn to AI search like moths to a porch light.

The weak home improvement sites are going to disappear.

When enough home improvement sites NO LONGER EXIST, where will the AI engines get their information?

Think about this for EVERY TOPIC you're interested in. 

The people creating the content you consume NEED TO BE COMPENSATED. If not, they'll go make a living doing something else.

I'm calling this the AI Desert.

AI will create a bleak content desert in the future because it will not be able to discover new fresh content.

AI will begin to deliver stale results unless something changes.

Roof Spray TV Commercials

I've seen a new very slick TV commercial advertising a liquid sprayed on your asphalt shingles.

The manufacturer claim it slows the aging of your shingles so you don't have to have a new roof installed for X number of years.

I wrote a book nine years ago that explained WHY your asphalt shingles failed prematurely. It's Roofing Ripoff. In that book I reveal a proven method to slow the aging of your asphalt shingles. It works for both NEW asphalt roofs and existing asphalt roofs that are in GOOD condition.

Weeks ago, many who watched the TV commercial called me. They found my review of the spray product on my website.

I decided it was time to create a SHORT PDF tiny ebook that explains, in my opinion, a far better alternative.

Copper roof strips.

I can PROVE my claim that copper roof strips SLOW the aging of asphalt shingles.

My method is a one-time cost. The spray method you have to do every 5-7 years. I'm relatively certain the spray method is cleverly priced at about 20-30% of the cost to replace your roof.

The copper strip method costs maybe 7 percent. It's cheaper than that if you do the install yourself.

This coming week I'm going to record a video showing you exactly how to install the copper roof strips at the top of your roof and along all your hips should you have a hip roof.
