Mother's Day

Are you a mom? Happy Mother's Day to you!

I've got three in my immediate family. 

My mom was a very special woman. She, for the most part, was a single mom raising two kids. My dad's PTSD from his service in WW II was so severe, he was unable to hold a job once back stateside.

My mom had a very tough life. My grandmother commited suicide when my mom was still in grade school. I suspect financial pressure caused by the Great Depression contributed to my grandmother's death.

My mom at age 20, like hundreds of thousands of other young women, sent a vibrant young man off to fight a war only to see him come back a completely changed person.

I can only imagine that sorrow, pain, and hopelessness.

Mom was one of the first female pharmacists in the male-dominated profession. Below is her pharmacy college lapel pin. It's one of my most cherished possessions.

The number 46 - her graduation year - is on the mortar and pestle. Note the skull sporting ruby eyes at the top of the pin. It's a stark reminder that pharmacists work with dangerous compounds that can cause death.

It goes without saying how much I miss my mom. She sacrificed so much to ensure I'd have a better life than she did. I'm here to tell you that she did a tremendous job.

I love you, Mom! You won the lima-bean battle. They dissolved in my mouth before you got up from the table.

Several nights ago God woke me up at 3:00 AM. He told me that it was time to publish every oxygen-bleach tip curated in my tiny gray cells.

Amazon.com made Jeff Bezos the second richest person in the world because he understood the long tail concept back in 1994. If you've not read The Long Tail book, it will CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

Amazon has millions of books for sale and not ONE has anything to do with oxygen bleach.

No wonder God woke me up!

I sold oxygen bleach for almost thirty years. One of the mistakes I made was not telling you ALL OF THE THINGS you can clean and RESTORE using this magic powder.

Many of my customers only used it for ONE PURPOSE. They would have a container in their house and only use it a few times a year.

When you discover all the things oxygen bleach will clean and restore, you'll use it MULTIPLE TIMES EACH WEEK!

Just last week I used it to make my ten-year-old fabric tool belt LOOK LIKE NEW. What an idiot I was!!  I didn't bother to take a BEFORE photo!!!
