Kitchen Fire Follow-up

ou may have been one of my many subscribers that replied to yesterday's kitchen fire newsletter.

I received many responses. So many it was impossible to respond to each one. Thanks for reaching out!

John pointed out that I forgot to tell you about Ting.

I have a Ting. Ting allows me to SLEEP AT NIGHT not worrying about electrical issues in my home.

Ting is my amazing silent sentry that MONITORS all of the wires in my home.

Ting tells me if a wire might be getting ready to START A FIRE!

George wanted to know if ALL the breakers in your panel need to be switched out to arc-fault ones.

The answer is no.

Howard sent along a great PDF file that includes many fire safety tips. CLICK HERE to get it.

Gavin recounted a story about how he had to chase down an electrical issue up in his attic.

Patricia said to remind you that Eaton arc-fault breakers can be problematic. I shared that Square D has never caused a problem here at my house or my son's house.

Electricity is a wonderful thing, but it's a killer.

People in the USA die everyday from electrical fires.

But they don't drown from water leaks in their homes.

Give electricity all the respect it deserves.
