Sunday afternoon I reached out to ask for financial assistance for my daughter.

I was overwhelmed by the response and I thanked God you were part of my family. I've said many times, "If I don't know the answer to a question, there's at least ONE of my subscribers that does know it."

You may have been one that responded and I'm very grateful.

Here's what I'm doing. I'm culling all the best advice and putting it onto a page of my website. 

It's such GOOD ADVICE I feel you need to know about it AND you should SHARE it with any young people you know to help them save HUGE MONEY on loans.

Perhaps the best advice came in overnight from Rob. I'm now trying to figure out how to recreate the spreadsheet he did to come up with his results. 

His advice was shared with me about 45 years ago in a real estate finance class I took at night school but I obviously forgot it as my tiny gray cells got covered with sawdust.

Wait until you see how simple it is to save an enormous amount of money and pay off a loan faster than you can say two cheese coneys with no mustard and heavy onion.
