This is a LAST-MINUTE Thanksgiving Turkey Tip.

It's courtesy of Patrick who's been a subscriber since dinosaurs roamed the land! Here's what Patrick sent to me:

"I absolutely have to respond to the Thanksgiving Turkey info. I've also cooked turkeys more ways than I care to count BUT I have found an exceptional way to cook one and it's called Spatchcocking. I have done this for the past 4ish years now and will never go back to cooking turkey in any other way."

He then shared a link to a video.

I was skeptical at first but an inner voice said, "Watch the video. Patrick's advice in the past has been always spot on."
