I had to go with my daughter on Friday to buy two fitness bicycles - one for her and one for me. Then I had to go work on the train. I ran out of time to get you the Weekend Warrior Tip on Friday.
Yesterday I was up at 4:15 a.m. and out the door driving to Mt. Washington to work a ham radio public service event. I then raced back home to work again on the train from 4 p.m. until midnight last night. Whew!
But it's still the weekend, so I didn't want to disappoint you!
