Yesterday I spent most of the day here.

I was attending an all-day Rules Class to be certified as a conductor and engineer on the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad.

I received an exclusive offer two months ago by one of the railroad employees to be a part-time conductor on this scenic train operation. I've always been interested in trains - you should see my coffee table with two working trains that run around under a glass top - so, I jumped at the offer.

It's a thing to do for fun and I intend to only do it about two days a week in the summer and during the fall foliage season.

Come up and ride the rails with me this summer in New Hampshire.
