Dear ,
Have you seen the new buttons here in the newsletter?
They're different colors and have different messages. Pay attention to them from now on.
Craig McCluskey sent me an email last night about one of them and it made me laugh out loud. Here's what he
sent:
"I clicked your colored button that said:
'What's Wrong at Your House? CLICK HERE for Your Answer! It's MAGIC!'
Once there I entered, "no one wants to buy my house." The answers were interesting and took me to lots of interesting stories, none of which, however, addressed my problem. :-)"
BWAHAHAHAHAHAAHAA! Click the red button just below to see the page Craig saw.
As for Craig's dilemma, here's his answer. Among other things, I was a licensed real estate broker in Ohio for about 25 years. I had to give up my license when I moved to New Hampshire because there's no reciprocity between the two states.
When I was first licensed as a salesman back in February of 1975, my broker, Harry Cafeo, taught me:
"If you don't get an offer on a house within the first 30 days of it being listed, the price is TOO HIGH."
It took me about five years to figure out why that was true, but I eventually did. If you want to know WHY Harry was right, then CLICK HERE. It could help you sell your house FAST and for the BEST
price.
Switching tracks, you may have been one of my subscribers wishing me good luck on my upcoming procedure involving the wretched kidney stone that assaulted me last
October while on vacation in southern California.
CLICK HERE if you want to know all about my kidney stone saga, what's next for me and HOW TO AVOID
these damn things. You'll be surprised how easy it is to avoid them, and you don't have to necessarily change your diet!
